It deserves its 3 stars. Private balcony was a good bonus. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Saveurs d'ailleurs that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

We had 3 nights in Lausanne, spent our time here perfectly. Staff was helpful and the little extra touches like an iron, a flat-screen TV and a study table in the room was a treat.
